These Terms govern your use of the 52 Blue app. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use 52 Blue.
1. Who can use 52 Blue
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. 52 Blue is for adults seeking to meet other adults. One account per person.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. Don't impersonate anyone or misrepresent who you are.
3. How 52 Blue works
52 Blue connects you with one person at a time for a conversation that lasts 24 hours, found when you choose to look. There is no browsing feed. Messages are end-to-end encrypted; we cannot read them and provide no way to recover them once a conversation ends.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or abuse anyone; send sexual content to someone who hasn't consented, or any content involving minors; solicit money or run scams; share others' private information; use the app for anything illegal; attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service; or create accounts to evade a block or ban. Be a decent human.
5. Safety and your real-world meetings
52 Blue helps you connect, but we do not conduct background or identity checks on users. You are solely responsible for your interactions and for your safety if you choose to meet someone in person. Meet in public, tell someone where you'll be, and trust your instincts. Use the in-app Block & Report tools if someone makes you uncomfortable.
6. Reporting and enforcement
You can block and report anyone from a conversation. We may review reports and, at our discretion, warn, suspend, or permanently remove accounts that violate these Terms or put others at risk. A removed account may be prevented from returning.
7. Your content
Your messages are yours. Because they're end-to-end encrypted, we don't access, use, or claim rights over their content. You're responsible for what you send.
8. Payments
52 Blue is free to use. If paid features are introduced, they will be billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, with prices, renewal and refund terms shown in-app before you buy.
9. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
10. Disclaimers
52 Blue is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee you'll find a match, that other users are who they claim to be, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 52 Blue LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, whether online or in person.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and disputes are subject to its courts, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

52 Blue uses open-source software, including the Signal Protocol library, under their licenses. See the Licenses screen in the app.
